Chances are you’ve been staying at home a lot lately, right? Watching a lot of Netflix? Avoiding the gym... and friends... and everyone? Yeah, us too.
We hope you all are hanging in there and staying healthy. But also, we want you to know that we are still open! For telehealth!
For people like us who really appreciate the benefit of manual therapy, telehealth may seem a little crazy. Actually though, there is a lot that can be done over a video call.
Self manual therapy (where we teach you to mobilize your own muscles)
Nervous system regulation techniques
Stretching and strengthening exercises
Movement analysis (and actually, this is a huge advantage of telehealth. We can see you move in your own home with your own stuff!)
Telehealth is a great option to keep you on track for your goals for PT, in the time of COVID-19. And insurance covers it!
If you cannot afford therapy due to the economic effects of the coronavirus, please reach out to us for options. We are all in this together and we are committed to helping you stay well during this time.
Dr Megan will be posting exercise videos to help keep you active during this crazy time, so watch out for those on the Bridgewrights Facebook page and in our video section of this website..
Love and care from,
